Adam’s summer track coach was a critical influence in his young life. Upon initial interaction, he observed Adam selling himself short, which was regularly criticized. Adam eventually responded with increased faith and an attitude of boundless potential. No longer was he just competing – but racing to win! Personal records were set. Adam finally understood the key was engaging his mind more than his body. That realization was a tremendous gift and turning point in his life. The fervent message his coach delivered was the genesis of that gift. Years later, upon Adam’s Naval Academy graduation and selection to Navy SEAL training, his coach sent him the card pictured above. As written, “all you have done are the reasons I have the greatest job in the world”. Adam seeks to pay it forward which is why he’s passionate about coaching today.
Coaching at Hatmada is tailored to unique needs. A good coach will first ask questions, listen intently, and then look closely to validate standing assumptions. Without a foundational understanding of the player(s) and respective environment, a coach lacks requisite knowledge to apply certain best practices.
Hatmada can focus on individual development, team-building, and / or design organizational mentorship programs to invest in the most important asset your team has – – its human capital.
Though not limited to, our coaching includes;
• Perspective Gathering
• Mental Preparation
• Consistent Encouragement
While most of Hatmada’s coaching staff has a military background, everyone has transitioned to other fields. Hatmada offers an impressive array of diversity through different industries and across the leadership spectrum. Whether it’s a retired Admiral, former executive vice president of a Fortune 500 company, and/or Adam, Hatmada works diligently to marry up just the right coach or staff to partner with you. Opportunities to acquire coaching varies based on your needs and availability.
